Sister Restaurant to Foundry And Lux, Set to Open in Brisbane
The Brisbane restaurant you’ve been waiting for is here. From the team behind Foundry & Lux, Chandlery at the Shore will deliver a menu of contemporary and classic fare, craft cocktails, and draft beers. With sweeping views of the bay, the restaurant will likely become your new favorite hangout when it opens in early 2022.
Located in the new Healthpeak building at 1200 Sierra Point Parkway, Chandlery at the Shore will serve the biotech workforce at Sierra Point, Brisbane residents, and boaters. According to the restaurant’s website, the name Chandlery comes from “maritime stockists who specialize in resupplying a ship’s stores.” The menu will change seasonally to reflect locally available ingredients. Their preview menu features multiple seafood options such as barbecued mussels, oyster trio, ceviche, salmon crudo, semolina calamari, cioppino, and wild-caught salmon. Diners can expect a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, flatbreads, and entrees. After a long day, drop in for $6 bar snacks from 3 pm-6 pm.
Chandlery at the Shore will be open Mondays-Fridays from 7 am-8 pm for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner. The restaurant features a combination of seating types like intimate lounge areas with sofas and accent chairs, bar seating, and a dining room with traditional tables and chairs. Sections of the restaurant can be closed off to host private events. If you prefer to enjoy views of the bay, head out to the semi-covered heated patio where fire pits await. Chandlery at the Shore provides a host of entertainment diners can enjoy, including a horseshoe pit, putting green, shuffleboard, pool table, and many TVs to watch the big game.
