I first met Ron when I worked with him in an attempt to sell my home in Brisbane in 2001. Ron did a great job of finding a qualified buyer and at that point, it got tricky. Unbeknownst to me, I had a lot line issue that reared it's ugly head. Ron worked very hard to try to negotiate through the issue with the buyer, myself and my neighbor but ultimately, we could not get the issue resolved and the buyer had to move on. At that point, Ron suggested we rent out the house and first had a small production company sign up to film an independent movie there and then found a long term tenant. Overall, this was the best possible result given the circumstances.
