Unbeknownst to me, I had a lot line issue that reared it's ugly head. Imagine two sellers - one in Southern California and one in New England - trying to sell a property in Brisbane, CA which was occupied by tenants. Could have been a nightmare! Luckily Ron and his team took care of so many details so that we didn't have to and the process was painless and fast. He made contact with our tenants and let us know the condition of the property when they left (clean and undamaged) so that we could return their security deposit in a timely manner without having to make a trip out there. As first time home buyers my husband and I were very inexperienced with the process of buying a home. Ron was patient and supportive throughout the whole process. He took his time to explain the ins and outs of paperwork and the process of qualifying for a home loan. We had our eye on a particular fixer-upper in the neighborhood and Ron was able to get us in to see the house before it was open to the public because he knew the current tenants very well. It made such a difference choosing a realtor who was familiar with Brisbane! Ron stood buy us when our loan fell through the first time and we had to wait 2 months before we could start the process again with FHA.
